FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By signing or electronically accepting this Contract Offer, the Employee confirms that he/she has carefully read, understood and voluntarily accepted the terms and conditions of employment set out herein.
The Employee acknowledges and understands that, as part of his/her employment, he/she may be entrusted with and granted access to the Group’s customers, customer contact details and records, suppliers, business relationships, Confidential Information, trade secrets, commercial information, internal systems, technology, AI systems, data and other protected business information. Such access is provided solely for the proper performance of the Employee’s duties and remains subject to the confidentiality, non-solicitation, non-competition, Company Property and other protective obligations contained in this Contract Offer.
The Employee confirms that he/she understands these obligations and agrees to comply with them during employment and, where expressly stated and legally applicable, after termination of employment.
The parties intend to perform this Contract Offer in good faith and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Any concern or dispute should, where reasonably possible, first be addressed through the Employer’s appropriate internal procedures without prejudice to the Employer’s legal rights.
In the event of any breach or dispute, the Employer reserves the right to take such lawful steps as may be necessary to protect its legitimate business interests and enforce its rights, including, where applicable, proceedings or claims before the competent labour authorities, civil courts, judicial authorities or other competent authorities, in accordance with the nature of the matter and applicable UAE law.
Nothing in this Contract Offer shall restrict or waive any right or remedy available to the Employer under applicable UAE law.
The Employee’s signature or electronic acceptance below constitutes his/her express acknowledgment, acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions of this Contract Offer and the obligations contained herein.
